All prices are listed in the currency shown on the website.
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Shipping
Orders are shipped from Canada.
Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
Orin is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.
If your order arrives with a quality issue or damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at

Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with care.
